Keeps drop off area of dish room clean and organized. Makes sure all lost and found articles are turned into supervisor. Serves water, coffee and soft drinks, refilling when needed. Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order. Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesĬlears and resets tables in a quiet manner washes tables completely, resets with clean, polished utensils, salt and pepper shakers, and sugar caddy.Ĭommunicates with hostess and wait staff to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction. This is a temporary position, but the opportunity to work additional hours is available. Qualified candidates must be willing to work Friday and Saturday evenings, plus special holiday meals, such as Thanksgiving. The Buffet is open one weekend a month on Friday and Saturday evenings. Works in conjunction with servers to maintain proper guest service. Maintains proper service & keeps tables clean and properly set up.
